Finally, a just decision in the land of the maple leaf. A Canadian labor authority has officially recognized that Christian employees were wronged in their fundamental rights for refusing to receive the experimental COVID-19 injections due to their faith.
Patricia Harewood, an arbitrator with the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board, severely reprimanded the National Research Council of Canada. This public agency had suspended several staff members without pay, solely because they refused injections developed or tested using cells derived from aborted babies.
In her decision, she recognized that placing these individuals on unpaid leave constituted a serious infringement on religious freedom. She wrote in black and white that this represented "a significant interference with a sincere religious belief." In other words, it is not a mere legal formality or an ideological whim: it is a violation of rights guaranteed by the Charter.
Believers Firm in Their Refusal
One of the cases adjudicated is that of a Catholic meteorologist, suspended for refusing the Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca injections, both associated with the use of cell lines from aborted fetuses. She stated under oath to her superior that she would rather die than receive such an injection. Her testimony is unequivocal:
"My religious convictions forbid me from receiving the COVID-19 vaccines, as they are all linked, in one way or another, to abortion. And I reject any cooperation, direct or indirect, with this act which I consider to be the murder of innocents."
Another case concerns a Pentecostal computer analyst, a committed Christian for over twenty years. He has never received a vaccine since his conversion. In his affidavit, he clearly states that
"the use of tissues from aborted babies, even remotely, violates the divine commandment not to kill."
These examples are just two among hundreds. Indeed, more than 350 similar cases are currently under review according to the figures revealed.
The Context of Health Tyranny
A brief reminder: it was in October 2021 that the Trudeau government imposed unprecedented freedom-restricting measures, forcing all federal employees and workers in the transport sector to be injected, under penalty of losing their jobs or being banned from travel, even within the country. The result: thousands of Canadians were ostracized from society, simply for holding firm in their faith and conscience.
Documents presented to Parliament reveal that a large number of religious exemption requests were brushed aside. Out of 2,042 requests submitted, only 540 were accepted. A disgrace.
Fortunately, things are starting to change. Several Canadian courts are now issuing rulings favorable to employees unjustly dismissed for refusing these injections. Even the country's second-largest airline has been ordered to pay compensation to one of its employees "dismissed without justification."
Morally Unacceptable Vaccines
It is good to recall that the mRNA vaccines, presented as the miracle solution, have proven dangerous in many cases. Independent research and testimonies are piling up: heart damage, blood clots, serious side effects in children, and always the same abomination: the use of cell lines derived from abortion.
These products are not neutral. They bear the imprint of death, that of the innocent child torn from its mother's womb to serve the mad science of our time. That a Catholic, that a faithful Christian, refuses to be associated with it should go without saying.
