This spiritual titan, a former slave, had the incredible courage to return to his tormentors in Ireland to vanquish the druids and smash the pagan idols. He did not seek to "assimilate"; he converted an entire country!
This radicality is that of Christ. In the Gospel of the healing of the paralytic, Jesus is not offering self-help. He heals the body but warns the soul: "See, you are well! Sin no more, that nothing worse may happen to you." (John 5:14). Our society cherishes its moral paralysis. It is time for us to rise, take up our Cross, and walk toward Heaven without making the slightest compromise with this age!
The Monumental Betrayal of the Fake Right at the UN
This is the absolute scandal of the week. In New York, the UN headquarters is currently hosting an exhibition of children's books promoting gender ideology, surrogate motherhood (womb for rent), and polyamory. But the most vile part is not there. The most terrifying thing is that this destruction of childhood innocence is supported and funded by the current Italian government, supposedly "conservative"!
Under the guise of Agenda 2030, our little ones are being taught that sex is "cultural" and that the commodification of bodies is progress. The lesson is clear: the fake political right will always bow down to globalist dogmas. Only the natural law, defended uncompromisingly by the Catholic Church, is a bulwark for our children.
Spiritual Suicide: The Collapse of the Church in Germany
While the world sinks, what is the modernist wing of the Church doing? It is self-destructing. The Church in Germany has just lost over half a million faithful in one year. And the most chilling figure: only 25 priestly ordinations for the entire country!
This is the mathematical result of their famous "Synodal Path." By constantly trying to mimic the modern world, dilute doctrine, and protest against Tradition, they reap only contempt and emptiness. The Catholic Church is not meant to become a progressive NGO. Bourgeois lukewarmness kills Faith!
The Great Awakening: Africa and Asia as Spearheads
But take heart, light is bursting forth from the South and the East! Far from the Western void, Pope Leo XIV is preparing to embark on a great apostolic journey to Africa (Cameroon, Angola, Algeria…). It is there, on that continent which courageously refuses the globalist LGBT agenda, that the true demographic and spiritual vitality of our Church is found!
And what of Hong Kong? Despite an oppressive political climate, nearly 2,500 people, a vast majority of them adults, will be baptized at Easter. Modern totalitarianism can do absolutely nothing against a youth that thirsts for truth and chooses to kneel before the Cross of Christ. This is what Rome now calls a "new Springtime of the Church."
